Terms of service

These terms apply when you book services from Magic Ring Services W.L.L. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration 195529-1. By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

Quotes and bookings

All quotes are provided free of charge and are agreed with you for the scope of work described at the time. A booking is confirmed once we agree the price, scope and schedule with you. If the work on site differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any change in scope or price with you before proceeding.

Our services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, window cleaning, carpet and sofa cleaning, deep cleaning and minor interior maintenance. Maintenance work covers minor repairs and installations only; work requiring licensed specialists will be identified and declined or referred.

Access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, including electricity and water where the work requires them. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply — we will always tell you first.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect our ability to hold slots for you. We will likewise give you as much notice as possible if we ever need to move a booking.

Liability

Our team works carefully, but if something goes wrong we ask you to tell us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear or faulty fixtures that we could not reasonably have identified.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
